I started Montrose Swim during a phase in my life when I had worked towards achieving a long-sought sense of freedom. Having finally reached a point where I felt assured in my passions, relationships, body, and values, I wanted to extend that sense of self-confidence to others through Montrose Swim. My intention was to share the small but impactful elements that had helped me build self-confidence, whether it was activities to navigate challenges, skincare routines, social plans, or things to look forward to. However, as my horizons altered as I stepped into a new chapter of my life, things no longer felt as sure as they used to. 

Nevertheless, I have realized the pursuit of self-confidence is an ongoing journey. While we discover confidence within ourselves, each individual's life takes unique and evolving paths. It is crucial to adapt and explore our values and beauty at every stage of life, adjusting to changes in both our internal and external worlds.

I aspire to build a community, providing swimwear products and content that aid individuals during the various phases of self-discovery. My objective is to develop an environment that nurtures a feeling of wholeness, actively contributing to the growth and maintenance of self-confidence.
